One number.
Transparently.
We earn 1% of the card volume that flows through Coperto. No subscription, no setup fee, no upsell tier, no minimums. Stripe's processing fee passes through at cost. The model is the message.
Of card volume processed through Coperto. That's it. Stripe's payment processing fees still apply (typically 1.4% + €0.25 in EU). We don't take a cut of cash, of phone reservations, or of anything you process outside the platform.
- No monthly fee
- No setup fee
- No long-term contract
- No charge for free reservations
- No charge for messages
- No upsell tier
Stripe processing fees are passed through at cost. The “typical SaaS” number assumes a small POS + reservation subscription bundle plus a 1.5% surcharge — the kind of stack you'd assemble from current incumbents.
Everything below is the bundle.
No add-ons.
If it's listed here, it ships on day one. If it's not listed, we don't sell it. The bundle is the bundle.
What 1% replaces.
A typical independent restaurant runs three to five subscriptions to cover the same surfaces — reservation system, hosted site, GBP tool, sometimes a marketing assistant. We keep the math honest.
What we explicitly don't charge for, and what we don't do.
The most aligned pricing model in the world still benefits from a clear edge. Below: the things we don't take, and the things we deliberately don't ship.
- Cash transactions you handle in-house
- Phone reservations you confirm yourself
- Free reservations (no deposit required)
- Concierge messages that don't book anything
- Setup, migration, design
- GBP review responses
- Domain transfer and DNS work
- Data export when you leave
- Facebook / Instagram / TikTok management
- Loyalty programs
- Multi-location chain rollups
- Delivery / takeout ordering
- In-house POS / card terminal (v0.2 territory)
- Fiskaly TSE / DACH fiscal compliance (v0.3)
- White-label resale to other agencies
- Self-serve signup (until 20 partners live)
