Service

Coperto provides a hosted reservation, messaging, and payment intake platform for independent restaurants. Each merchant has their own tenant; data is isolated at the database level.

Pricing

1% of payment volume processed via the platform (Stripe Connect transaction fee). No subscription, no setup fee, no per-seat charges. Stripe’s own processing fees apply separately and are deducted by Stripe.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The platform is provided as-is during the white-glove pilot phase. Status: status.aqidium.com.

Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. On termination we provide an export of merchant data and disable concierge access.

Liability

Coperto’s liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
